REGISTRATION

Pre-registration begins in May for the upcoming season. .

There is a $40 yearly NON-REFUNDABLE pre-registration fee per child.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for completing the registration forms

in person or online

TUITION IS DUE ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH*

* Regardless of the day of the week that the student attends classes.

Courtney's School of Dance DOES NOT PRO-RATE tuition payments.

Courtney's School of Dance DOES NOT GIVE CREDIT AND/OR

REFUNDS for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness,

weather, etc. Our instructors are prepared each class to teach your child;

if your child misses you are still required to make your full monthly

tuition.

Late Fees

Once enrolled, a $35 Late Fee will be added to the total tuition due for

payments received after the 5th of the month. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

We request a credit card number to be on file for each student. Your card will be

processed after the 10th of each month for any outstanding balance not

previously paid.

You agree that your monthly tuition prices are calculated on an annual basis and

will stay the same as some months have more classes than others and School

Breaks and Holidays occur.

Returned Check Fee

There is a $35 CHARGE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS.

After a check has been returned, Courtney's School of Dance

will no longer accept personal checks as payment for the account

and all future payments must be made in cash or by credit card.

process 1-2 business days after payment received by CSD drop

-By Mail - Postmarked by the 5th of the month to avoid late fees

We accept Personal Checks, Cash, Visa or MasterCard

(a credit card convenience fee of 3% will be applied).

Auto Pay: If you are enrolled in auto pay we will process your tuition

payment for you. Auto pays are processed on the 1st of each month.

Credit Cards declined will be charged a $35 fee
